Pacific Harmony aims to bring music learning to more homes in Richmond BC. With experienced, University-trained teachers, we offer lessons that cater to your needs. Lessons in piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, music theory, and songwriting are currently available. Whether you are trying to pass RCM exams or just want to play and have fun, we have the teacher for you! With flexible scheduling, you can book lessons in our studio, online, or in the convenience of your own home.

Who We Are

Founder Hart Parnell

During my Undergrad, I studied classical guitar under virtuoso Alexander Dunn at the University of Victoria. I then began teaching and quickly rediscovered my love of piano, teaching both instruments to a wide range of students. Fast forward and I've had students ranging from 6 years old to 93 years old. Equipped to teach guitar and piano of all styles, as well as ukulele and bass, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to learn to play music and have had great success with students with ADD, ADHD and other diverse abilities in the past. I am happy to transcribe anything from pop and rock songs to classical pieces to themes from video games and TV shows. I have aided students through RCM exams and concerts and I am immensely proud of my students and their achievements.
